Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours (Monday- Thursday) and 48 hours (Friday - Sunday) prior to your service time.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than the notice time, the full fee of the original service value will be charged for the appointment.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification or cancel at the time of the appointment will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be already here tp perform your services. The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client is a “no-show” or late cancel. This policy allows us to retain great employees.

Arrival Policy: To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

NOTE : If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Children Policy: For safety reasons and to maintain our serene relaxing atmosphere, no child under the age of 12 is permitted inside the spa. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests.

Smart Phone Use Policy In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you to turn off your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. When talking with the spa staff, please speak softly. Guests who use a smart phone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smart phone use or continue using their smart phone outside.

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. We do not accept personal checks.
