Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours (Monday- Thursday) and 48 hours (Friday - Sunday) prior to your service time.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than the notice time, a fee of 75% of the original service value will be charged for the appointment.

Clients who completely miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that same time.

Additionally, many times our staff will be already here to perform your services The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client is a “no-show” or late cancel. This policy allows us to retain great employees.
