Spa Policies

Arrival Policy: To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

Children Policy: For safety reasons and to maintain our serene relaxing atmosphere, no child under the age of 12 is permitted inside the spa. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests.

Smart Phone Use Policy In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you to turn off your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. When talking with the spa staff, please speak softly. Guests who use a smart phone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smart phone use or continue using their smart phone outside.

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. We do not accept personal checks.
