We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting the spa's offerings.

Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years hands on experience using Spa software like Mindbody/booker, Fresha, Millenium or other spa software will be considered.

This position requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies to help enhance our online presence and attract new clients.

• Book and manage appointments and reports using Mindbody/booker spa software program.
• Provide articulate and polished information about spa services, treatments, and products to clients, both in excellent written email correspondence and verbally on the phone.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule for spa services.
• Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Utilize SEO techniques to enhance the visibility of our website and online content.
• Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses related to promotional activities.
• Participate in sales initiatives to promote spa services and products effectively.

• Proficiency in SEO, HTML, and Google tools for website management and optimization.
• Experience with WordPress for content management and website updates.
• Strong background in content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and client engagement.
• Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules and client information.
