Spa Policies & Guidelines

We are committed to providing you with a relaxing, professional, and respectful experience. To ensure the best possible service for all our guests and to protect the time of both clients and staff, please take a moment to review our spa policies.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time by adhering to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • Monday – Thursday: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Friday – Sunday: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations:

Appointments canceled outside the required notice period will be charged 50% of the service total, which is non-refundable.

If you fail to show up and do not notify us at all, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, also non-refundable.

This policy applies to all appointments, including those booked with gift certificates, packages, memberships, or series.

Same-Day Appointments:
  • A 50% deposit is required when booking.
  • If you cancel within 30–60 minutes of your scheduled time, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.
No-Show Policy:

If you miss an appointment entirely without prior notice, you will be charged in full. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit toward future services.

Any future appointments must be newly booked and will follow the same cancellation policy.

We understand emergencies happen, but out of respect for our team and other clients, we are unable to make exceptions.

Arrival Policy

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment:

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, as we cannot delay the next guest’s appointment.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged the full service fee. Complaints stemming from lateness will not be accommodated, and repeated instances may result in being refused future bookings.

Children Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment and for safety reasons, children under 15 are not permitted in the spa. We do not provide childcare facilities and cannot be responsible for unattended children. Thank you for your understanding.

Smartphone & Noise Policy

Please help us preserve a tranquil atmosphere:

  • Turn off or silence your phone upon entering the spa.
  • Refrain from loud conversations or using speakerphone/video calls.
  • Use headphones if you must listen to audio.
  • Speak softly when communicating with staff.

Guests who disrupt the spa experience for others will be politely asked to step outside or refrain from further phone use during their visit.

Professional Conduct

This is a professional establishment. Our licensed therapists and estheticians are trained to provide wellness and therapeutic services. Inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your session, full payment for the service, and dismissal from the premises.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation compromises the safety, comfort, or atmosphere of the spa. This includes:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity (e.g., using someone else’s credit card)

We may request ID or verification of credit card details at any time. Fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement.

Booking & Payment
  • A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
  • A deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
  • We do not accept personal checks.

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all spa policies outlined above. These policies apply to every guest and every visit—no exceptions.
